Overview OASIS was developed for Jewish Hospital and St. Mary’s Healthcare. The tool assembles financial information for each hospital department and compares the information to volume indicators. By comparing the information to volume it takes the budget beyond traditional measurements and allow the department managers to see the effects of staffing and expenses. In addition to department reporting, it also allows a ‘roll up’ section for mid level managers and vice presidents.
