Therapy modules are custom built for each discipline and follow similar documentation models:
Evaluations - are custom built and are generally designed for a specific purpose. As an example, outpatient PT as a back eval and a knee eval. Each eval leads the therapist through specific questions including both subjective and objective information. It is possible for the therapist to create multiple evals for the same patient.
Plan of Treatments - are created initially and updated throughout the patient episode. They include:
