Medical Records The documents in ITW are stored in PDF format. The origin can either be from an assembly within the application or scanned images. Examples of assembled documents are Evaluation, Plan of treatments and session notes. The Medical record module can be used in a stnd alone format or documents can be COLD fed to an external MR HIM system.
